I visited last year and had to be practically dragged out. Of course I want to live there! Also, to wear only Fortuny gowns. Glorious, unexpected museum that feels like a secret.

Your piece grabbed my attention of course with the photo of the BOOKS! What a fabulous space to live and work. Yes, I'd move in immediately, and also never leave Venice! Thank you for sharing such a vivid look at the artist AND the space! Wonderful!

Thank you Jim!! No surprise, the library was my favorite room, too. ❤️

Gosh I wish we had known of this place when we visited many years ago. What a wonderful experience that would have been, and those gowns, absolutely stunning!

The gowns are so beautiful - and very valuable if you happen to stumble across one these days!

Proust mentions Fortuny gowns often. Thanks for this visual feast.

Thank you - especially since this comment made me realize that I typed "Mariano Fortuny" instead of "Marcel Proust" on one of the quotes!
